Every feature Premisio builds is in the base price, automated meter submission, registry sync, branded PDFs, multilingual email templates, electronic voting. Upcoming features ship into your account automatically. Third-party vendor fees for prohibitively expensive integrations (digital signature providers are one example) pass through at cost on the invoices where they apply; we never mark them up or bundle them into the per-unit rate.
One price for the software. No "Pro" tier, no per-module fee, no data-extraction charge if you leave.

Yes. If you manage up to 5 units, you pay nothing, ever. Every feature included. No credit card required, no trial clock, no "upgrade to keep your data" trick.
Any separately-owned or leasable space that a person or a business occupies. An apartment counts. A commercial suite counts. A garage or storage locker does not. Common areas (stairwells, lobbies, roofs) do not.
Once your account goes above 5 units. At or below 5 you're on the free plan and never billed, no card on file. Above that, the first monthly invoice covers the units you actually have, at the volume rate your total qualifies for.
Monthly, always based on your actual unit count. Add a building mid-month, the next invoice reflects it. Remove units, same thing. We don't do annual prepayment because portfolios change and we don't want to complicate your bookkeeping with prorations and credits.
The software is all-inclusive. Everything Premisio builds in-house is in the base per-unit price, automated meter-reading emails, registry sync, branded PDFs, branded public pages, electronic voting, multilingual notifications, versioned documents. No per-module fees, no activation charges.

Yes, on the Grow plan. One account, many client buildings, with strict per-building data separation. The per-unit rate falls as the portfolio grows: €0.95 at 100 units, €0.75 at 1,000, €0.50 at 4,000, down to €0.40 at 8,500 and above. Every band is published, so you can price a portfolio of any size without calling us. The Scale plan is an optional add-on if you want a dedicated account manager, guided onboarding for your team, priority support, or custom integrations, regardless of portfolio size.
Add each building. The unit counts sum across all of them, and that combined total is what the price is based on. One invoice, one payment method. If the combined total is 5 units or fewer (across however many buildings), you're still free.
Export your data (contacts, documents, activity log, meter readings, everything) whenever you want. No lock-in, no retention tricks. You come, you stay, you leave, your records are yours.
