&lt;p>If you&amp;rsquo;ve ever sat on an apartment-association board, run a portfolio of buildings, or kept the books for an HOA, you already know the tools are bad. Either you pay an agency that hides everything behind their own systems, you wrestle with desktop software written in the 1990s, or you stitch together spreadsheets and PDF folders and pretend it&amp;rsquo;s a system.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
